2022 EEO-1 Filing Opens October 31, 2023
The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) announced the 2022 EEO-1 reporting period will open on October 31, 2023. The deadline for employers to file their EEO-1 reports will be December 5, 2023.
The EEO-1 Component 1 report is a mandatory annual data collection submitted to the EEOC regarding demographic workforce information. This includes reporting data by job category and sex and race or ethnicity to the EEOC.
Who Must File the EEO-1 Report
All private sector employers with 100 or more employees, and federal contractors with 50 or more employees meeting certain criteria must compete the EEO-1 report.
