Make the check payable to Marshall+Sterling Insurance and mail it to the agent who you have been working with.

To Pay Online

Our online bill payment tool is managed through ePay Policy. ePay Policy allows you to pay bills directly to Marshall+Sterling Insurance, including a no-cost ACH (eCheck) option. To protect your privacy and security, we do not store any sensitive personal financial information after processing your payment. • Payments made after 1:00 pm (ET) will be credited the next business day.
• Insurance premiums billed directly by your insurance carrier CANNOT be made here. Visit the carrier website contained in your bill to make a direct payment.

Invoices Due Directly to the Insurance Company

We work with several insurance companies, so make sure to pay the correct company. Please check your insurance binder, or insurance policy, in order to identify the insurance company that writes your policy, follow the directions on the paperwork sent to you from our office, or look below for details.
