Corporate responsibility drives meaningful impact.

Marshall+Sterling has donated more than $2 million in the last five years to a variety of non-profits, focusing in areas like the arts, healthcare, education, emergency community resources, and foundations that serve a broad array of needs. We’re proud of the part we play in securing the success of our communities and look forward to many more years partnering with non-profits and service providers.

In support of staff and family members, our team upstate fundraises and participates in the Making Strides again breast cancer walk each year.
Feed the Children is one of the largest U.S.-based anti-hunger non-profits. Our staff helps load food and supplies into one of their trucks.
The ultimate game of tug-of war against a WWII era Sherman tank, our team competed in United Way’s Pull the Tank event, raising funds for local veterans.
Marshall+Sterling donated $25,000 to Scenic Hudson, one of the nation’s first land trusts to be recognized for meeting the highest standards in conserving public land.
Our team renovates homes for Habitat for Humanity, a nonprofit organization that helps families build and improve places to call home.
Team Marshall+Sterling participated in the CDPHP Run for Downtown. Some of our Virgin Island teammates were able to join us in Albany for the run.
Supporting one of our long-time nonprofit partners, our team volunteered to help unpack and sort new items from United Way’s gift in kind program for an upcoming Day of Sharing.
Twenty Marshall+Sterling team members participated in the 2024 Hudson Valley American Heart Association Heart Walk in Poughkeepsie, NY.
