• Developing a strategic business plan that includes tasks and checkpoints for the plan year, including frequency of service meetings, strategic business plan review and additional client/employee meetings
• We leverage our carrier knowledge and relationships to effectively manage your annual renewal and marketing activities
• In addition to quarterly meetings to review financials and strategy, we will provide annual service reviews to listen to you and determine if any service items need to be addressed
