Kathy is a Personal Lines Account Manager, responsible for facilitating communication with clients and updating them on their insurance. She has experience working as a Client Service Specialist (CSS) within Marshall+Sterling, as well as a Customer Service Representative, Manager and Bookkeeper outside of the company.
Kathy started her insurance career in a part-time position as a teenager and has now worked a total of 50 years in the industry. She graduated from Ulster County Community College with an associate degree and holds a Broker’s license.
In her spare time, Kathy is a member and Deacon of the Community Church of High Falls and enjoys spending time with her family, gardening, reading and creating diamond art!
